At MBee Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted with care in Langley, British Columbia. We want your new favorite accessories to arrive safely and promptly, whether they're shipping locally within Canada, across the border to the US, or internationally.
Processing Time
Handmade to Order / Ready to Ship: Most orders are handcrafted and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
🇨🇦 Canada
Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (typically 3-10 business days once shipped).
Shipping is a standard $10.00 Canadian on all items
🇺🇸 United States
Standard Tracked Shipping: flat rate of $10.00 (typically 5–10 business days once shipped).
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing.
🩷Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Canadian Orders: Applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. No unexpected customs fees!
US Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their local customs office. MBee Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey to your doorstep.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
MBee Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, or packages marked as delivered that cannot be located.
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier service first. If you need assistance filing a claim with the shipping provider, please reach out to us.
